Serious Illness & End-of-Life Support (Non-Medical)

Heartfelt, non-clinical support alongside your current care team. I work with your healthcare providers to focus on emotional, practical and personal planning support for you and your loved ones.

Advanced Care Planning & End-of-Life Doula Support

Non-clinical support for individuals and families facing serious illness and end-of-life. Together we clarify wishes, plan for transitions, and support loved ones before and after a significant loss.

Family Support

Providing emotional and practical support for families, helping them navigate challenging times with confidence and peace of mind.

Support for Children & Teens

Age-appropriate support to help children and teenagers understand serious illness, dying and death, and to navigate grief when a loved one is dying or has died. I offer guidance to caregivers on how to talk with young people and support them through these changes.

Guided by Compassion, Focused on Your Peace of Mind

I provide dedicated non-medical advanced care planning and end-of-life doula support for individuals and families as they navigate the complexities of serious illness, dying, and death. I am here to support both the individual and their loved ones through every stage of the journey, including guidance before and after a loss occurs. Please note that while this work provides deep emotional and practical value, it is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care, but rather a holistic approach to honoring life's final transitions with dignity.

Pricing

The topics covered in our consultations are often sensitive and require a solid understanding of family dynamics, individual circumstances and expectations, as well as establishing a trusting and respectful working relationship. For this reason, there is an initial 30 minute consultation, which is free. This is your chance to outline your situation and what you're looking, as well as a chance to highlight considerations I will need to factor into my work with you. It also gives me a chance to assess whether or not I am able to meet your expectations. Once we agree to move forward, collaborating to meet your needs, the following fees apply to subsequent sessions.

Advance Care Planning & End-of-Life Doula: The fees for these services are individualised to the person and their unique needs. They can range from $60 to $100/hour.  Depending upon what is needed, rates can be bundled to provide you with a predictable rate without feeling as if you're "on the clock" during unpredictable times. Please contact me to discuss what it is you and your loved ones are looking for.

Information Seeking: If there is information that you want to learn more about, perhaps about the diagnosis, research that you've heard about, alternative approaches to burial, I can seek this information out, then present it to you in a concise package. This saves you precious time to spend with your loved ones. The fee for such research is $60/hour.
